What is
the IMTA?
The IMTA is a loose
affiliation of scientists who meet to exchange ideas concerning the
assessment of military personnel. The IMTA promotes the assessment
of military personnel as a scientific adjunct to modern military
personnel management within the military and professional
community. Originally formed by the armed services of the United
States, the forum has expanded over the years to include representatives
from many other nations.
What
does the IMTA do?
The IMTA's main activity
is an annual conference. The 2003 conference was in Pensacola, Florida,
USA. The
2004 Conference will be held in Brussels, Belgium.
